Overview
About Me
I work as a cardiac nurse in a hospital and enjoy my job, but my main love in life is writing, recording, performing and listening to music. I’d really like to catch some live music during my travels. Nothing better than a few drinks and some tunes!
Getting outdoors is also really important to me. Enjoy hiking, getting to the beach, and have a small amount of rock climbing experience.
Mainly, I want to meet interesting and fun people and experience new places.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I haven’t had the opportunity to do as much traveling as I’d like (been to Mexico, Peru, Hungary, Austria, and around the US) so I plan on doing a lot more in the coming years and I’d like to see new places with the help of locals.
I’d also really enjoy hosting people who want to see Los Angeles in a non-touristy way—there are a lot of cool things to see and do here if you know where to find them!

Music, Movies, and Books
I’m into all kinds of music and draw on a variety of genres in the music I make. Rock, soul, electronic, blues, older country and folk.
Really like Ray Bradbury, Charles Bukowski, Philip Roth, Arundhati Roy, Jerzy Kosiński for fiction and also like a lot of non-fiction.
I like all kinds of movies as long they’re done well.
