We are a couple, Husband and Wife, an American male who worked in International Business Finance for many years, and a Chinese woman who worked in international Business for many years, who for our own reasons, grew tired of our situation and wanted to see the world. Until we are ready to settle down, we will travel the world together. He has been teaching English for 4 years now during our travels. I have been a Japanese translator.

We are traveling the world at the moment, and while we do so we want to experience the true culture of where we are, not the fake version in the tourist areas. We want to learn from, and give back to people we meet, and to make long lasting friendships.

Between us, we like painting, writing, teaching, learning new languages and cuisines, making new friendships, and of course traveling.

We met each other traveling abroad, and despite the fact we are from different cultures and we’re not fluent in each other’s language, we love spending time time together, and were great together, and soon got engaged. We are a living example of what can happen by being “open” to other cultures, you could find the love of your life.

Between us we are fluent in 4 languages and have owned language schools. He can teach you English , he has been a teacher for 4 years. He has taught in university’s, business, IELTS, and kids. I taught Japanese and Chinese / we want to learn from our hosts about their culture, and language, and cuisine/ we want to share our culture, languages, and cuisine as well.
