I grew up in southern Minnesota and have lived in Florida as well as California. I enjoy basketball, volleyball, the beach, movies and art. I'm very easy going and open minded. I enjoy a good conversation but also time to myself.

I live because I enjoy certain aspects of life. I feel as though I have a lot to learn and do in my lifetime still.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's a great way to meet new people and be immersed into a culture rather than seeing the tourist stops. I've stayed with a couple of people and had some stay with me. I still keep in contact and have created friendships via Couchsurfing.

I do not read a lot of books. If I do, it is about something or someone that really interests me. Trying to draw inspiration from the life of others. For instance, I have read books about Tupac Shakur and Walt Disney. I have also studied graphic design books because I am interested in why shapes and colors affect us the way they do.
