ABOUT ME

Aloha! I am a PhD candidate in Botany at the University of Hawaii who loves hiking and exploring the natural world. Often I travel to international locations for scientific conferences. Easy going, considerate and love to learn the local places to go and foods to eat.

PHILOSOPHY

"We keep our knowledge by giving it away" ~Eric Lassiter, Marshall University... My personal philosophy regards imparting our knowledge to others in order to make a more productive, healthier and happier place to live. I try my hardest to live with the "Aloha Spirit"

I already have many amazing experiences traveling to places like Denmark, New Zealand and Australia. However, the most amazing experience in my life has been the last 5 years living in Hawaii and learning to appreciate its natural beauty. These islands are my home and being able to express this is something I hope to share with the Couchsurfing community.
