I, Jaspreet Singh, am the President of the NGO "Nirbhau Life Saviours." I started this NGO with the main purpose of doing my bit for the society by helping the humankind to the best of my abilities. Our main focus has been on the areas of Medical Aid, Hunger and Education, which are not in the limelight for many similar organizations. Since 2015, I've been providing medical aid to the ones living on streets, and in the dire need of it. When the COVID19 hit our country, we had set up a Free Oxygen Camp in the capital city and catered to approximately 7000 patients with the required aid and medicines. Our team provided meals to around 800 people everyday for consecutive two months. We also helped in cremating around 1097 corpses with full dignity and respect. I am humbled to mention that our NGO has been recognized with "Bharat Bhushan Award" by Maharashtra State for our contribution in helping the country during COVID19. We have also been appreciated as "Covid Army 2021" for Medicines and Oxygen Sewa by World Sikh Chamber of Commerce.
