COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couchsurfing experience was in Stuttgart, where Milan and I surfed our hosts porch at first :p, let explain: we arrived late (around 2 in the night) hitchhiking to Stuttgart, and our host didn't hear us at the door (already asleep). Since it was pooring outside, and we knew which porch we needed to be in, we laid out our sleeping mats and bags in the very narrow passage in front of the door of our host, since ringing the bell didn't get us a better place to sleep. At six in the morning, some guy who our host lived with opened the door, only said "I know who you are", stepped over us and left, forgetting to close the door properly. Since my back was killing me, I stood up, walked inside, found a bed (which turned out to be that dudes' bed) and offered a space next to me in his bed. Milan refused, so I shut the door, went to bed, fell asleep, and woke up again around 9 at the sound of someone apologizing to Milan for not opening the door before and asking where the second guy (me) was who was supposed to be there as well. I stepped out of bed, "here I am!", explained the story above, and we had a great laugh about it. One of a dozen special cs stories I'm proud to tell.

Interests

I love to learn languages and improve on them, I really enjoy speaking to natives in other languages besides my mother tongue :). In general cultural differences can intrege me, so I'll be asking questions! I like to philosophize by myself, and with others, so let's do so. I'm interested in what I study (which is primarily math), about which I usually don't feel the need to talk about in everyday conversation (however there are relations between philosophy and math which might surface :]), but feel free to ask of course. I'm really interested in martial arts, so if there's any martial art you practice, tell me about it and teach me! I'm a vegetarian, and most of the time I eat vegan, and I'm very interested to hear about vegan recipes, products, meetings and what not. Football, I love to play football :) any sport in general, let's play! I'm also interested in (special types of) beer.

Music, Movies, and Books

Favorite movie... don't know, Dark Knight or Memento, favorite book... War of the Worlds (one of the few books I've read), favorite artist... Bruce Springsteen! And so many more movies and artists I'm a great fan of.
