Hi! My name is Javy and I'm new to Couchsurfing. I was born and raised in the Chicago area and currently live in the Ukrainian Village neighborhood of this beautiful city. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My friend recommended that I join. I've met so many amazing folks while on my own travels and felt like this would be a great way to continue meeting travelers while at home. I'd love to help enrich the experience of visitors to Chicago while also learning and being inspired by theirs. I've covered quite a bit of the United States and would now like to focus more on international travel. Help me decide where I want to travel to next and maybe I can do the same for you!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Backed out of a tour group and instead climbed the Pyramid of the Sun at Teotihuacan (outside Mexico City) with two strangers I had just met.
