Hi! I'm Jen! I love meeting new peeps, trying new foods and places, hiking, dancing, and watersports. I travel for work and I'd like to use my weekends trying new stuff including whatever National Parks I can find! I work 8-4 weekdays so I use the evenings and weekends to explore and meet up with locals and travelers.

My motto is try everything once which is why I'd only list the "interests" I do often. Thing is, I have a bucket list that started small in high school but grew exponentially as I began travelling and learning about amazing things that I was astonished to learn actually exist!...Like camping in a tent off the edge of a cliff in Peru, which I hope to try one day! Currently, I'm visiting US states for work while trying things unique to each state. Example, I had Idaho Fry Company in Idaho, made sure to say yes to the green chili at every restaurant in New Mexico, and drinking $3 margaritas in Progresso, Mexico. Next on my list, Japan.

Pop is my number one choice for music, like Taylor Swift. Number two choice is more rock, sonething like Awolnation. Lois Lowry for books...any of her books. Medical/health books too (unusual but interesting).

I've been to 14 U.S states, Mexico, and Canada. I love how all you have to do is cross a state border to find a whole different culture and atmosphere. I like learning about how different the culture is in different countries too! My favorite things to learn from others are culture, etiquette, idioms, laws/rules, food, etc.

Crazy or goofy stories and pretty good home cooked food! I can basically make anything but sushi. I'm up for anything from bungee jumping to bar hopping to relaxing with a movie and popcorn. However I'm very independent and able to find my way around on my own as well.
