I'm Jay, England born but have spent most of my life living in New Zealand.

I've been backpacking across Europe and further east. I have been going since June 2023 and have been seeing as much as I can whilst taking it slow and experiencing places and people to the fullest. My adventure has been a combination of hostels in cities, camping, hiking, stretching every dollar to extend my adventures while eating mostly tuna and bread. I've mostly been travelling by land and still have a couple months before I need to begin working again. I joined couchsurfing a little while ago and am looking for hosts so I can get to know locals, have a more experienced trip and share some good vibes. Looking for work and accommodation in and around London to save up some pennies to head back out again.

Ive got a few including a wolf poking it's head in my tent, accidentally crossing the border into Bosnia illegally, a ghost interaction before sleeping in an abandoned building and much more 🙌🏼
