COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I first was introduced to the couch surfing community when I decided to move to Calgary, I landed having a full time job an not many opportunities to meet people and one day received a message from a fellow member to an event he was hosting at his house. That one party changed my outlook on the city, and my experience here. It was the first time I had been introduced to the amazing outgoing, incredibly diverse community that was already signed up to!

Interests

I like learning about new cultures and meeting new people, it really broadens the mind. I enjoy travelling and teaching people of where I'm from also. I enjoy trying new types of cuisine(minus the spicy ones =P).

Music, Movies, and Books

I am interested in a wide variety of entertainment selections but am usually content on anything that is recommended. I enjoy alternative however can be entranced by a good electronic song or two.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing how some people live in certain parts of the world really throws me for a loop, it's one thing to hear about it but seeing it first hand is an entirely different experience, and the amazing thing is they can be just as happy if not happier than us.
