About Me

I am a creative person and interested in what reality is. It's fascinating being alive, and even in the difficult times I wonder what will happen. Now I'm more into the moment, sensation, remembering I am part of life going on in and around me. Just got back from Italy and stayed in Rome and Orvieto and a non-dual retreat at a castle not far away.
Learning Italian is so fun, I spoke it a few years living in both Rome and in Croatia.
I'll be moving from California to Tuscon Arizona very soon.

I'm a person who loves beauty and all the arts. Visual arts, and dance, maybe I can get to learning Flamenco... elder style.

I'm not accepting Guests right now as I'm moving. I'm packing boxes so there is not too much room here. Just a hard floor, sorry but usually I have a guest bed and hope to in AZ.

Music, Movies, and Books

Ethnic world music
I don't watch a lot of movies, but I love reading.
I loved living in New Mexico, USA most of my life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveled 18 days in a 2 person raft down the Colorado River, that's the Grand Canyon. There were 10 of us. While skinny dipping in the opaque robin egg blue Little Colorado River, one of those experiences of being united with the universe was amazing! We flipped the raft a couple times, and I got hypothermia!

Teach, Learn, Share

I've taught weaving , spinning wool, Natural dye plant colors on wool and now on cottons. In New Mexico I ran a weaving studio. I've taught all ages those subjects.

In recent years I've been doing elder care, and teaching elders to be healthy food wise and with movement.
