I am a medical doctor and psychiatrist. I love teaching.

Presently I am working at Thrissur Medical College.

I like to meet people during travel, make friends, share experiences and if possible join them on the way. I am interested in bird watching, bird photography and wildlife photography.

While travelling, I am looking for:

My first long-distance travel was 30 years ago to Kolkotta from Kozhikode, Kerala. It was a totally unplanned trip for attending a meeting. From then onward travelling became a passion for me

Though my profession demands me to be stranded in one place and my patients or clients there, I take a break whenever possible and travel.

Have done trekking and backpacking in the mountains and forests of south India. I had travelled most part of India. I have travelled to Ladakh twice. I have done several motor-bike trips including a 10-day tour to Bhutan

Had visited Nepal, Bhutan, Srilanka, Vietnam, Germany, Check Republic and Austria.

I started photography as a hobby about 25 years ago. Continuing same now. I like to photograph wildlife, landscapes, birds and animals.

Birding is a recent addition to my hobbies. I do birding whenever I get a chance during my travel

Trekking also is part of my travel. Trekking helps one to be close to nature. Can see birds and animals which is an essential part of any travel

The most memorable ones are travel in Ladakh, motorcycling in Bhutan, and backpacking in Europe
