Even when I can afford a hotel room or a vacation rental, I prefer to stay with local people to experience the local culture and ways of life. In my option, it's best to learn about a culture if you stay with local people during your visit. I can contribute to food or pay a small fee for your hospitality if required.

I'm a fun, respectful and professional person. I'd like to treat people the way i'd like to be treated. If i stay with you, I will take care of your place as mine. I expect the same when i'm hosting. I live in a townhouse. I can host for 3 nights max but you can only stay in my house when i'm at home. I don't live near a bus stop or a metro station. You need to rent a car or I can pick you up from a trolley/bus station in San Diego.
