Apart from this:
1. I promise to follow all rules of your house and not treat it like a hostel or a hotel
2.I shall be contributing to the food in the household maybe with a meal every day or then with stuff in case you do not either let me cook or do not like my cooking
3.I shall clean up the mess in the bathroom after using it and not expect a cleaning service if that doesn't exist
