We are a kiwi - Shyanne and an Australian -Jaymee couple traveling around Europe to escape our winter... well we don’t really get a proper winter in Byron Bay but it’s a good excuse to travel.

We like to socialise and have fun but aren’t raging party animals. The shyanne is recovering from a knee operation. But don’t worry she’s been enjoying travelling with the luxury of me (Jaymee) carrying her backpack haha she can walk just a bit slow with stairs etc we booked our flights then she hurt her knee playing rugby. Some say bad luck, but then again would you prefer to recover at home alone in the lounge room in the cold or seeing the world in the warmth? It’s all perspective.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’ve couch surfed in the past and loved it. You get to experience the place you’re visiting more authentically. It’s so nice to talk with locals and experience their culture.

You get to meet some legends through this website.

We don’t want to be the people who stay in hotels or hostels and not get to actually get a taste for the culture of the places we are visiting!

But if you’re a busy person don’t worry we won’t be annoying, we understand peoples space.
