ABOUT ME

If you asked my friends, they would tell you that I love being outdoors. I love to canoe, hike, swim, cook and laugh. I studied organic cullinary arts, was working for Coke as a marketing manager, and have given up all employment to backpack the next year as many places as possible.

Interests

Snorkeling, learning, reading, meeting new people. If there is a tree around, I will be in it reading a book. I make a mean cocktail, and love to play board and card games. I play classical violin, mandolin, and also make documentaries and small projects on things that I find interesting - such as sustainability, and farming, reaching out to those who are impoverished, and learning as much as I can about alternative energy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1. The first time I came to Kauai, I swam with the sea turtles
2. I have hiked the Napoli Coast
3. Camped for a summer in Oregon staying with a couple who owned an Elk Farm and went rafting/ziplining
4. parasailing & helicopter ride over the beach in SC
