Primary school teacher taking a career break to get out there and see the world. Currently doing a four month tip around southeast Asia enjoying good food, plenty of sunshine and a sense of freedom!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Would live to meet some people to show us around their town and show us the sights. Can't host as on the road at the moment but hope that this will change when we relocate back to the UK.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None so far. My housemate Rachel has told me about her positive experiences so I'm hopeful for the future.

Music, Movies, and Books

Love music. It's my life and has made me the person I am today :)
Favourite things to listen to are: The Beatles, The Shins, The Spinto Band, Mystery Jets, Mendelssohn, Feist, Elbow, The GO! Team, Ivan Campo, Arcade Fire...as well as gratuitous cheese such as Girls Aloud, Lady GaGa, Take That.

Recently rediscovered reading.
Love the No1 Ladies Detective Agency books, A Million Little Pieces, Mister Pip, A Bit of a Blur, Sky Burial, Salmon Fishing in the Yemen, To Kill a Mockingbird.

Don't watch many films but love The Waitress, Dirty Dancing, All Disney, Sprited Away.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
