ABOUT ME

after spending my entire life along lake erie, falling in love with the marine mammals at the cleveland zoo and pitying the poor animals that had to live in the cleveland sea world, I pursued a job in dc at an ocean conservation non-profit.

although i knew just about no one in this city when I first moved here, i love my job and I've met some amazing people -- these have been the best years of my life so far.

besides a foreign exchange trip to japan when I was a freshman in high school, i haven't really had may opportunities to travel abroad. now that i finally have the time and resources, i'd like to change that.

I sat next to one of the women who most inspires me, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and listened to her tell the story of her life. also, she totally out-styled me.
