I'm a freelance broadcast journalist who usually covers arts, culture and entertainment.

I have been based in London mainly and briefly in Istanbul too but I’m from Australia...my family is a big cultural mix.

I love music, food, travel, movies, talking, gin, dancing and laughing. I'm usually pretty outgoing and personable and also clean too.

I spent three months hitchhiking around Turkey (From the Mediterranean to the Black Sea) and so many people offered me a place to stay; at first I didn't want to but I soon learnt there are many genuine and generous people out there.

And I love to travel, but as I work freelance sometimes have to be a bit conscious of budget. This is a great way for me to be able to travel more and to meet new people.
