Recent hobbies I am passionate about include:
-Dancing - Jazz/Funk/Hiphop @ Sydney Dance Company, Tango, Contemporary (I am an amateur)
-Acting - Meisner Technique is what I am currently practicing for fun
-Writing - My form of creative self expression. I am inspired to challenge myself to use my skills for something more significant if an opportunity presents itself
-Hiking - Anything outdoors really. I’m a fish in water and gazelle on land.

I love to read and learn about new things and have intellectual conversations with new people. Mental and physical health are very important to me. I am selective and surround myself with people that are intelligent, driven, that have great energy and integrity. On a long list of goals, the current priority is to connect with individuals who feel aligned to make the world more unified.

The most important question to ask yourself (In conversation, engaged in a task, anytime):
"Is this the type of person I want to be?"

Places would love to visit are South America (Argentina and Columbia), Germany or Fiji. Some of favourite places I have travelled to are Montreal, Madrid, Paris, Bali, New York and Melbourne.

Functional Medicine: Health remedies, human anatomy, fasting, organic farming, human psychology. (Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr Joe Dispenza). Business and Entrepreneurship (Michael Gerber)

My life has been filled with nothing but amazing experiences. Some personal favourites:

-Bungee jumped in Australia
-Driving a motor bike in Bali
-Taking acting lessons
-Leg pressed my PT
-Volunteered with Habitat for Humanity (An organization in Canada that builds homes for less fortunate)
-Organized a team for Motionball (A fundraiser for athletes in the Special Olympics)
-Fell in love (Soooo cheesy, right?)

I love deep, meaningful conversation. I spend a lot of time self-reflecting and believe that I have a natural ability to listen to others and help them see things with a new perspective.

I am always laughing, having fun, pushing people out of their comfort zones. People often tell me they feel free when they are with me. They feel more confident and that I bring out a side that they love in themselves. That is what warms my heart. How can we add the most value to each other’s lives?
