I think my friends would say I am kind, considerate and infuriatingly literal (ie I often miss humour or sarcasm), and a complete geek.

I like spending time in the mountains, rock climbing, horse riding, and relaxing with a cuppa.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I offer a couch (or sometimes a room) in my house on occasion. I live with two other people so it would be unfair to them if I hosted too often.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have done a very little hosting and surfing, with good experiences so far from both sides.

Music, Movies, and Books

Which ones make it on this list depend on which day you ask me, but all time favourites include Perfume (Patrick Suskind), Kestrel for a Knave (Barry Hines) and Death of a Penguin (can never remember the authors name). Favourite films would probably include Delicatesen, Breaking the Waves, Goodbye Pork Pie, Waking Ned, Misery, Dogsville.
