About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Help others grow and expand to feel fulfilled and accomplish their life mission.

ABOUT ME

I am a personal growth coach and love to help my clients feel more fulfilled, be more effective and contribute better to the world they want to create and live in.
I also love to teach Business students how to be more conscious and how to grapple with complex issues and understand themselves and the world better.
I love to meet others and be in the moment with deep and meaningful connections.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to share some good time, listen deeply, laugh, teach, learn, share some of my skills/knowledge.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed many couches all over the world. I always had great experiences (and this common feeling of having known people for a long time). I have hosted several people as well.

Interests

I love movies, books, nature, traveling, sustainable development, psychology, philosophy, food, ... I nearly forgot to mention I love animals, and by that I mean all of them ! I have been a vegetarian for years, and practice yoga and meditation daily.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books:

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Participating in food quest with monks in Thailand, eating spiders in Cambodia (delicious !), diving in Indonesia, road trips in the USA, grape harvesting in France, paragliding in Turkey, shark diving with no cage in Australia ... Oops was that one thing? I guess life is a continuum.

The deepest adventures were not material.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach cooking, negotiation, communication, yoga, languages, some philosophy, psychology, business, soft skills, ...

I would like to learn pretty much anything new including Arabic, pilates, religion, philosophy, handicraft, survival skills, arts and crafts, dancing (any dance, and specially how to shuffle) whatever new things you love...
