About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Travel, learn, and build a community through new friends
ABOUT ME
I've been mobile my whole life and am finally settling down. But I still have the itch to travel. I've lived in Missouri, New Mexico, England, Texas, Florida, Alabama, and Virginia. I came back to Texas for school and haven't left.
I love meeting new friends and sharing conversation. And for me, my favorite way to do that is through food.
I have horses that are my world. They live about 20 minutes from my home, but are visited and exercised often.
I also work a usual 8-4 Mon through Fri job for a non profit working to end domestic violence. I work on the prevention team, giving presentations to our community on a variety of topics from bullies, to peer pressure, to what is domestic violence.
I'm also in a 4 year relationship and have 2 wonderful cats.
PHILOSOPHY
Try as hard as possible to let go of anger, frustration, hate and try (as hard as it may be) to love, respect, get along, appreciate.
I try to critically examine the world I live in and be passionate about life.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have a tiny place, but am open to sharing the space I have! I look forward to hosting and can't wait to travel. Even if you are passing through Fort Worth, shoot me a message and I wouldn't mind meeting up.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like all kinds of media- especially the stuff that gets my mind ticking and thinking.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
There's been so many! I've seen true love at it's best with strangers. I've explored cities on my own. I've seen the kindness of people, and that is amazing!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach someone how to make home made bread, pasta, cinnamon rolls, or will take on any new challenge. I can teach about horses, or non-profits, or just share my experiences.
I want to learn anything that anyone is willing to teach. I love learning, and am not picky.
