Very friendly kind of guy who loves to talk to people and has a passion for cartoons, graphic novels, social issues and traveling. Artist and musician who has traveled extensively in the past and is ready to do so again. A man who is very passionate about languages... especially the ones he does not understand!

I'm new here so... I'm still figuring things out!

Interesses

Storytelling is a big passion of mine. My medium of choice is the graphic novel and, to a lesser degree, music (I play classical guitar!). Because I love storytelling, I LOVE to hear people's life stories and how they became the person they now are. You will have my complete attention if you start talking about your past and your family and your culture and all your etc... I love to hear about people's past!
On how I spend my time in a regular basis: By day I'm a graphic designer unwillingly walking thru corporate America and by night I... sleep (Hey, I love sleeping!), in between I do some writing, some drawing, some exercise and a lot of having dinners in all the delicious restaurants my beautiful Chicago has to offer.

Ones a I watch over and over: Almost Famous, Fight Club, Four Weddings and a Funeral, Julie & Julia, Malcolm X, Hoosiers, The Mission... oh man... so many more to mention!
Music: I'll just mention my all-time favorites (but I listen to everything, really!): Joseph Arthur, Sufjan Stevens, Liam Finn, Pinback, Gomez, A-ha, Elliott Smith, Evan Dando, The Sea and Cake, Mumford & Sons... many, many more...
Books: Geez... way too many to mention. Graphic novels do have a special place in my heart, though.

-My missionary work in Africa and Mexico (NOT a religious nut, really)
-The many comic book conventions where I promote my work (it's allowed me to meet so many people and places!)
