ABOUT ME

I am a recently-graduated and liberated English teacher travelling the world. I like hiking, cool breezes, mountainous landscapes, and old buildings.

PHILOSOPHY

My cause is to live healthily and enjoy my time on earth. I sincerely protest work cultures that promote sleep deprivation, as I've escaped this situation.

I've couchsurfed in Europe and Asia-- I'm officially a fan :)

兴趣

I like hiking, sailing, scubadiving, browsing museums, palaces, forts, churches, and castles. When I have quiet time I improve my Italian and Spanish by reading children's novels in those languages. I listen to Russian internet radio while I do my drafting work.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I swam across the turquoise-blue pool at the bottom of Australia's Jim Jim Falls and sat where the falls come down in wet season. Drifting between those high cliffs and the deep, cool depths was a soul-touching experience.

I also rode a 50-cc scooter around central Japan for 3 weeks, camping every night in a small town by the beach. I loved the immediacy: on the seat, turn the key, kick the gear... wind... sun... green mountains on the left, blue sea on the right...
