Talking about myself is not a strength of mine but I'll give it a shot. I am a laid back kind of person and I do not take things too seriously. Life is short and it's meant to be enjoyed. I love a mix of things in life, whether that's night life, relaxing watching television or going for hikes.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is too short to get upset about the little things and is meant to be enjoyed. Everyone is allowed to enjoy life the way they see fit.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, right now, I don't have a couch to host people but the moment I do, I hope to host people as well as to continue to be hosted.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not had too many experiences of couch surfing but that ones I have had were awesome. I love learning about the cities more in depth and more than just what a travel book can tell me.

Interests

This is a giant list that is ever evolving. I am always open to trying new things to see if it becomes an interest but I suppose my main interests would be sports, enjoying a nice beer, camping, fishing, hiking, the occasional movie or television show, along with video games sprinkled in.

Music, Movies, and Books

I find a simple list too superficial. I worked at a movie rental store for about 3 years, so my taste in movies is quite vast but I always enjoy watching new movies. With books, I tend stay to fantasy style but I love being recommended new books to read. I stick mostly to rock/heavy metal music but I find all types of music enjoyable.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing things I have experienced was watching two bald eagles in the wild. My cousins and I were sitting around our cars, getting ready to head down to the lake when we heard a rustle in the trees. We looked up in time to see two magnificently beautiful bald eagles fly out of the tree. That is definitely up there in amazing experiences for me.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can BBQ pretty well and I can make a decent pizza. Also, I could teach the basics of German as well as basketball, baseball and American Football.
