I moved to New York City from Texas in 2012, and I've loved every minute of it. I run a small company that helps marketing teams learn to think like startups. I like good beer and cheap whiskey.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I lived for a year in western Europe, and I love the idea of traveling outside my home country.

I'm also interested in meeting up with travelers for coffee, drinks, and to show them around the city!

I stay current on world events, and I host many gatherings here in New York for people in the entrepreneurship and marketing communities. I like to discover local hangouts, and I want to get involved in community theatre (but I haven't tried yet).

I read hundreds of online articles every week, and I listen to more than 10 news & industry podcasts every day. I used to attend lots of live concerts and I could be easily convinced to see a band while visitors are here.
