I recently moved into Brooklyn, NYC, and am deeply enjoying my time living here at a large 20 person intentional living co-op. The co-op is centered around wellness, mindful living, and pleasure for enlightenment. We have an outdoor sauna and cold plunge, and have some kind of somatic event which we host for the public at least once or twice a week in our event/dance studio in the basement. During the weekday I work construction and am the owner of a home renovation business, and also work occasionally as a massage therapist. In my spare time, you can find me mostly at contact improvisation events, at some authentic relating gathering, at a park, or at some other meaningful gathering of humans.

I'm on CS because I love living and relating in community settings. I would love to return all the generosity I've received on CS over the past years by hosting whenever I can, and contributing to the lives of those I surf at in whatever way feels most harmonious and aligned.

兴趣

So many interests, but mostly center around wellness and healthy living, somatic awareness such as massage, dance and connection modalities such as contact improvisation, and other connective practices such as authentic relating and community building, all of which I try to view as much as possible as embodied practices of spiritual teachings. Also into more immediately practical things such as investing, cold plunges, bio hacking!
