About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Enjoy the working holiday life in New Zealand

ABOUT ME

I love travelling because I could meet different people and do something I have never done before. When I am travelling, I find everything goes faster than I am in my hometown. So I learn to much cherish every moment with anyone and anyplace. I think the reason is my open-minded personality.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I heard from my friends. Couchsurfing is a good way to experience the culture of local people because I live with them and talk with each other.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One day I hitchhiked from Invercargrill to Queens Town (200km) However, this time I am not as lucky as before. When I was in Winton (between Invercargrill and Queens Town), cars passed through one by one and I also changed lots of places to wait. One old kiwi lived by the road gave me a pear when she noticed I have already stood there for a long time. Just when I planned to give up and hitchhiked back to Invercargrill, I found my backpack was pushed over by a backing car. When lifted up my backpack, the door of passenger seat was open. That's cool, my lucky god came from my back. Finally, I caught a ride after 3.5 hr waiting on the road. But it's worth it. (Wonderful scenery on the way to Queens Town)
