About Me

https://www.facebook.com/jeanfranc.cheusseau

Hi! My name's Gianluca (yeah, that Jean-Franc over there is just a nickname that hides a long story...) and I come from Italy. I studied Wine Making Sciences in Conegliano, the hometown of Prosecco. I don't usually drink wine, though (but that's another long story).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am a big mouth, which is a double edged blade. On the upside, I make friends super easily; on the downside I tend to get boring to people who don't want to listen to me. Couchsurfing is a community full of great talkers and listeners, just like me; thus every time I surf a couch, I'm sure I can create great bonds by sharing stories with the couch's owner.

Interests

I love video games, my dog (her name's Bea because she's beautiful), my family... and my country, despite everything.
I am a writer on the way to become a decent one; I think one of my biggest goals in life would be writing a novel in English, so that as many people as possible will be able to read it. It's a working progress already, actually, I just finished the first draft.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: electronic music from Noisia to Jon Hopkins to Aphex Twin to Pendulum. I like music that tries to convey energy, even anxiety to the listener (I have earplugs with me, don't worry!). But my favorite band is the Italian indie rock called Verdena: they've been with me in the most important moments of my life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I fought off depression when I was eighteen.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach how to make rabbits and hamsters from tissues and towels. Cool, huh?

What I Can Share with Hosts

Just ask me, I'll see what I can do.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Austria, England, France, Germany, Spain

Countries I’ve Lived In

Germany, Italy, Spain
