Dear buddies,

Over the past 28 years of my life, I learned that the healing process of finding one's place in the spirit world was far more meaningful than describing my former life on earth.

But It all starts by moving, standing up, falling, running, hunting, then moving again...
I was born curious and obsessed with discovering the human body, its physical and macro movabilities. Until I found that the micro movements are much more beneficial, helped me to understand my inner world and overcome the body, environment and time.

I currently research in neuroscience of movement and the development of human biology, learning and teaching neuromuscular exercises that improves the neuromuscular organization and stimulates the brain's plasticity.
