Overview
About Me
Originally from France, but living in Quebec since 2014, I am an outdoors lover, and recently moved to the small town of Inverness, in central Québec. When I have time, I love to travel, particularly by hitch-hiking, which I've done quite a lot through Canada and north America. I would like to explore the world the most that I can in the future.
I have a passion for everything that relates with crafting, mechanics, and more generally DIY.
I also love wild fermentations, making cheese, sourdough bread, mead, beer, etc.
I'm a huge music lover too, and I play different kinds of string instruments, including guitar.
I'm always open to new ideas and skills, should they be about cooking, hiking, philosophy, or machining :) !
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I had one wonderful first experience with some friends in Washington DC, where we stayed with a couple of awesome couch-surfers, who introduced me to this community and its philosophy.
I want to extend this experience, and be able to give what I received, while meeting some awesome couch-surfers !
It's a great way to meet locals when travelling, and travellers when I can't travel.
Interests
I love making things by myself ! I make my own mead and beer, I'm making sourdough bread and cheese on a regular basis. Being french, I miss all these wonderful things, that's why I decided to make them ;) !
I have one particular love for playing and listening to music.
I use all my spare time to explore my area, hiking, climbing moutains, camping, snow-shoeing, and rock-climbing.

Teach, Learn, Share
Always learning. Curious about making things myself, I can share what I've learnt with you, and would love you to teach me some more skills ! I like to make people discover my french bread made with my 110-year-old alaskan sourdough !
