About Me

Keep calm and sail on

I'm Miss Happy.
I greet people with a whole-hearted smile and a hug, take a big bite of delicious food, dance when music echoes in my soul, smile when moon light shines on the calm sea, and yearn for a deeper life.

I love nice cup of coffee by day and a pint of Guinness by night.

All you need to know is that I m very kind, easygoing and inquisitive...I can't wait to meet you and learn something from you!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Everybody has interesting things to share, and that's what I believe.
I meet local people through CS and it really help me to extend my life experiences...without CS, I would not know how to play foosball, pool, or do laughter yoga, or how to cook irish stew...
Through hosting, surfing, and hanging out with people, CS makes me feel at home when I travel....it's a traveller's family!

*I found my cousin through CS! When I travelled in Tainan, Hans hosted me and we having dinner together. He asked me how come I didn't have an accent from Hsinchu where I was from. I said it was bcoz my parents were from the small village in southern Taiwan. Same as his parents. Then we found out that we were actually from the same family! His grandpa and my grandpa are brothers! OH! so Hans is actually my cousin! what a small world!

*When I travelled to Ireland, Johnny and Tommy kindly hosted us. They told me everything about Ireland, showed me the special irish stew culture, taught me how to cook irish stew..etc etc..We spent 4 nights together watching video, talking, and having fun. It was also my first time that a bird stand on my finger!! This is the best CS experience I have ever had. I felt connected to the Irish people and their life:) so lucky to make frined with them.
