我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Went on a secluded island. It was dark and all you can see are the twinkle of the stars up and the glitters of the phytoplanktons down. Got to swim with them and men that feeling of being at the moment was magnified.

We were climbing a mountain and all of a sudden when we were nearing the camp site, it became foggy, windy and in just a blink, it rained. Oh my God. I was already exhausted, too hungry, too cold I cant even feel my toes anymore or even my brain. But we need to ascend another kilometer fast or else, they will leave me on the trail and I might die. Never was I amazed by how body and mind can focus in a certain task even when it feels like there is nothing to give anymore. Men that moment was insane.

I just got my Yoga teacher Certificate. So I can teach basic meditation, yoga poses or the so called asanas and breathing techniques.

I do triathlons when I feel like it. (Edit: Been out of shape for a while will be back once I get my life back together)

I love sustainability-modeled businesses
