A FEW HOUSE RULES:

1. 🦎Time Sharing IF it's possible
I like sharing time together, but I can't do it all the times. It depends on my work. I will tell you what is possible in response to your request.

2. 🔑Keys
I don't hand out keys to the apartment. If I have to go out, I ask you to do the same.

3. ☮️Time being together
If you're single: please don't make it weird. Be like a brother/sister to me
If you're a couple: please don't make it awkward. Be like brother and sister in front of me

4. ⏰ Timing
I wake up early during the week (6.00 am). Don't arrive here after 20.00, please. I'm not a hotel.

When staying at my place, please

- be polite with the people
- be gentle with the furniture
- be friendly with my cat

Please note: I suffer from long covid. Please respect a good hand hygiene and accept that I need a break every hour or so in order that my fatigue doesn't get worse. I also cannot tag along (as much as I would love to).
