ABOUT ME

A novice traveller who loves exploring new places and immersing herself in the nature. She enjoys outdoor activities and playing sports such as basketball and badminton.

She completed her first Solo trip to Taiwan in June 2015 and I enjoyed that sense of "ADVENTUROUS FREEDOM" immensely. Through travelling solo, she learns how to interact with the locals and like-minded travellers.

In the past few years, she has been travelling to several countries like Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Australia, Japan, Korea....just to name a few! She has this insane "appetite" in wanting to explore even more places in the years to come!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am quite new here actually! I hope to meet new people and make friends from all over the globe :D I would also like to interact with the locals so that I can learn more about the various cultures in the different countries that I am visiting.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

During my first solo trip in Taiwan, I had the opportunity to stay with Elsa who hosted me even when I had 0 references. For that, I really appreciate it and I hope that I will have a chance in the future to host potential CSers as well.

Apart from travelling, I love to wander around a city by myself and chill in a cafe or watching a latest movie in the cinema or whipping up my meals in the kitchen or PLAYING BASKETBALL :D

Music: Big fan of Chinese pop songs, I am always on the lookout for upcoming concerts that features my favourite singers. I have flown myself to Taiwan just to be a part of Taipei New Year Countdown 2014 (insane queuing of over 12 hrs) and to attend David Tao's concert at Taipei Arena. I love The script, Adele, P!nk. Absolutely enjoys Disney broadway songs/musical too.

Books: Books that interest me are usually related to my upcoming travels or dishes that I'm planning to whip up.

Movies: Loves action movies, romance comedy

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

-Seen the magnificent Angkor Wat, Halong Bay, Sydney Opera House and many more.
-Crazy enough to queue 12-13 hours just to be in the first few rows for Taipei countdown.
-Drove a 6 people camper-van in Australia (it was gigantic and I wondered how I managed to drove that monster!)
