ABOUT ME

I was born in New York City, where my close friends and family still reside. At age 18, I broke everyone's hearts and traveled all away across the country to fulfill a wonderfully crazy dream I had about making movies one day. The University of Southern California offered me amazing classes, but much more importantly it introduced me to people from all over the world. This is probably how I ended up getting the traveling bug.

At first this bug got me out of my Los Angeles bubble to San Francisco, one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Next, I applied to Study Abroad, and this is how I ended up in the great city of Prague, where I am currently studying right now.

PHILOSOPHY

When I was 16 one of my closest friends in the world died. He lived everyday like it was his last, because for him any day could be the last. Since then I try to abide to this philosophy as much as possible. I try to get a new unique experience out of everyday.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am a new member to CS2 project, but I can't wait to get involved. I have a sweet couch in Los Angeles that I will be able to offer when I get back to America in the fall of 09. For now I simply wish to travel around Europe and meet some interesting people living in interesting cities. Traveling with friends in Europe is fun, but a part of me feels as if I am not really getting to know the locations I visit, and it is because of this that I want to meet more fellow couch surfers!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My couchsurfing experience has unfortunately been limited to having escape my own apartment due to a crazy roommate at the time. Although, this experience led to me crashing on two couches. One of whom is a fellow couchsurfing member, MIKA, one of my greatest friends to this day.

Intereses

I love watching, making, and participating in anyway around the art of film.

I like biking, graffiti, contemporary art, and listening to music.

Writing poetry, stories, and songs.

Chess. Sports.

My greatest joy is meeting and bonding with interesting people.

There are many things I would love to list but I will give two for now, something old and something new.

OLD: I rode The Cyclone, the roller coaster in Coney Island, New York City, in the pouring rain!

NEW: Played Chess at a hungarian bathhouse in Budapest, lost 3 times to someone 3x my age but it was well worth it.

I have been a film studies major for 3 years now, and am very well adversed in the art analyzing movies. I have also been making films for over 5 years now and can handle myself around many different types of cameras.
