Met some CouchSurfers in Toronto and was invited to a house party with sumo wrestling and silly hats.....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Canyoning in Interlaken, Switzerland was definitely one of the must fun activities I´ve participated in during my lifetime. Jumping off of 40 foot cliffs into cloudy water with rocks at the bottom, naturally formed waterslides, repelling down waterfalls...... Skydiving did´t even compare in my opinion.

Teach, Learn, Share

If a friend of yours has a friend living in the city which is your destination, never turn away from the opportunity to reach out to that person. Having a direct connection to them through a mutual friend has lead to some of my greatest experiences in travel (or living like a local).

Though, I have also loved meeting new people that I would never otherwise meet, made possible by the chance encounter through travel.
