ABOUT ME

I live in my 3 bedroom condo renting a upstairs bedtime to my housemate Russell . I have 2 friendly cats here also, I love the outdoors in the woods , biking ,also cross-country skiing in the winter I have a regular meditation practice ,learning about and enjoying raw foods diet  , have a plot in the community garden

PHILOSOPHY

I want to meet people from all over world and exciting to hear what up with them . I beleive we need to heal ourself and the world with love and compassion, and it starts right here right now where we live .
