About Me

CURRENT MISSION

get to south america; ski, hike, climb, explore when i'm down there

ABOUT ME

when i'm not traveling, working, playing music, climbing, skiing, or sleeping....then i'm riding a bike somewhere.

that's me in a nutshell...

PHILOSOPHY

honesty IS the best policy. don't hold back any thoughts...but you've got to be a bit tactful.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i host any time i can...purely to meet new people and help out the CS community in general. i think it's an amazing idea. i'm fairly thrifty myself, so i figure: if you have the space/time, why not??

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i've been lucky to meet so many amazing people from around the world, and have them sleep on my couch. it's pretty inspirational, and helps motivate me to get my butt out there as well.

admittedly, i haven't been overly involved in the CS community as much over the past few years...but that will change when i get settled into my new house.

Interests

skiing, climbing, biking, frisbee, guitar, drums, sleeping, good beer, red wine, breakfast cereal, traveling.

combinations of the above items tend to go over well.

Music, Movies, and Books

folk/indie/rock/jazz/blues/etc...just steer me clear of top 40, country, and dubstep.

also enjoy a good indie flick now and again.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

biking the 700km to winnipeg from thunder bay was a pretty fun, and eye opening event. flying over the icefields and glaciers near the yukon/alaska border was pretty humbling as well.

Costa Rica, England, France, Greece, Hungary, Mexico, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Canada
