I'm a pretty positive person who has a love for knowledge. I'm quiet, and love to read. I would like to think I'm generally pleasent to be around but I suppose that's really opinion.

Two things to know first: 1) I've always loved the idea of being able to help people by opening my home to them so I can turn them into cheap labor (Just kidding). It's a concept that has always appealed to me and I've done this on multiple occasions through some local churches and community outreaches. 2) I enjoy learning perspectives from other people regardless of age, education, or religion.
While like the idea of couchsurfing.com, I'm a little leary. I'd love to travel and meet locals, but I don't know that I would feel comfortable doing that.

I like too much to list. It's easier to type what I don't like. For music, I don't like country. For books, I don't like most "one trick wonder" self-help books, or over-the-top romance. Everything else is on the table. I prefer : Music - Rock to hard rock, classical, Alternative; Books - History, Mystery, Science. Sometimes a mix of all three if I'm lucky.
