HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Couchsurfing and hosting. Meeting new people is a great way to grow and expand my outlook on life, both of which should be embraced by all! I love hearing traveler's stories, they often inspire my next adventure. Sharing and loving is going to make this world a better place. All we need is to trust one another one surf at a time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Travelling for concerts: Saint Louis, Pittsburgh. Some of the most fun times are just going to a new place and exploring/getting the feel for it.

In Saint Louis I made friends with a homeless man and he took me for a tour of the city and "kept me safe" His name is Herbert and he called me youngster. He's awesome and I hope he's doing alright..

In the "Burgh" I had excellent hosts who took me all around the city, they were lifelong residents and knew the city like the back of their hand. They were Arlene and Rich.. Amazing people! Also, Pittsburgh is a fantastic city and the concert was the best of my life! Got a drumstick from my fav band :)

Since then, I've hosted several couchsurfers in Atlanta and they have all been awesome people and been great to know.

One of my best friends (now) I met through CS.. Rob. He's awesome. When he crashed at my place he was in the beginnings of a cycling trip all across the US and that really inspired me! I've since visited him in London twice... AND NOW I LIVE THERE! Rob, if you read this... I <3 you bro :)

Judd Apatow and Wes Anderson are my fav directors.. I pretty much like any good movie and really enjoy going to the theater. Indy movie connoisseur.. Loved the new Star Wars.

Music is a huge part of my life. Always looking to expand my tastes.. Punk is my go to genre, all forms and styles. I also like some of the indy/electronic/pop stuff of the day. I teach spin classes and being a DJ is a really big part of creating an awesome experience and workout for people

I read a lot, hopping between fiction and non-fiction. Love to learn!
