About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Live my life (and those of others)

ABOUT ME

Me ? I trust I'm a relax guy enjoying quiet evenings with friends & wine, rather than loud dancing - but it cannot hurt, time to time...
I'm not a kind of a social animal, but love people so much, you could not guess.
I'm said to be friendly, good sens of humor, helpful and trustable, and probably a lot of bad things behind my back, some (partly) true.

PHILOSOPHY

Trying to be happy, but too much attached to future action to enjoy present time as much as I should. Trying no to hurt people when not necessary. yes sometimes it may be.
Having a profound understanding that there's not twice the same person on earth, and that's what is making it great.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, sure my place will be yours as soon as I've got one. Welcome soon in Cape Town !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None sor far. Is that not so sad ?

Interests

Outdoor sports, particularly hiking, but I'm starting paragliding.
Reading, novels about simple life that goes on and on.
Politics and News, I need to know the smallest thing that happened on the other side of the world, and in my street.
My job, too much.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movie: Mission, with Al Pacino
Music: Mission soundtrack
Book: 'Les Cavaliers', J. Kessel

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Almost drown in the Titicaca lake (yeps, there is less oxygen!)

Woke up at midnight, walked in the snow and in cataclismic wind, weighted a petrel chick, came back to sleep in a hut, and did that for 20 nights...

Found a rhino poacher.

Teach, Learn, Share

I don't know anything, and it is even more sad than never having couch-surfed.

If really you desperatly need French courses, or even worse, basic maths, physics, or higher-level biology, I may be able to help.
