We are honest, relaxed, and kind. We hope to meet many people from all walks of life. We get especially excited to hear stories from people who have traveled places we haven't yet. :)

Jason is a firefighter/paramedic, and Maggie is a nurse, so we're very invested in helping people. We also LOVE to travel.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I (Jason) have surfed many couches and met a bunch of great people while traveling, but I haven't been able to host as much as I'd like. I'm excited to start hosting more.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Jason: I traveled the United States for four months on a road trip and met the most amazing people largely through couchsurfing! Since then I have always turned to it when traveling. I won't leave home without it!
Maggie: I haven't couch surfed or hosted yet, but am excited to start meeting people this way!

Jason: Love it. If it makes you think, I'm in. Lately I've been getting into indie music and poetry, but I do like a wide range of movies, music, and books.

Maggie: The Scarlet Pimpernel, jazz music, The Princess Bride

And we both love Nickel Creek. :)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Jason: When traveling in Key West with a couchsurfing hitch hiker, I was driving into downtown Key West, I got distracted, and rear-ended these people. After pulling over and seeing there was hardly any damage, we talked and found out they were just at their son's wedding and were on their way to the reception! We were invited! We had an awesome time, met the family, took pictures with the bride and groom, we're apparently in the wedding album, the mother, Ethyl, calls me her third son, my friend, Marcia and I were married for an afternoon. Amazing, welcoming, loving people.

Jason: I enjoy the guitar and singing, and I love good discussions. I would love to learn about anything! I love the idea's of learning about instruments, music theory, sports, literature, and voice lessons(This is what comes to mind right now.) Name an interesting trade, hobby, art form, or activity and I'm sure I would love to experience it!

Maggie: I studied abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I'm still working on Spanish fluency, and am always happy to practice with anyone.

We both swing dance and love sharing it with friends, new an old :)
