I am passionate about empowering people to express their unique potential, to reconnect and trust their authentic voice. I have come to realize the profound power of embodied flow and I am continuing to practice with the world's most amazing teachers while empowering people of all ages through embodied connection, authentic trust, and freedom of creative expression.

5 years working with children taught me the art and the joy of living! This has inspired me to allow my inner child to pursue the dream of studying dance, and I am now working on completing my MA in Dance Performance.

I really enjoy meeting new people, sharing my research inquiries, and finding out about the experiences of others!

I am currently completing a Masters's programme at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London. I am in my final few weeks of writing my dissertation on the state of flow in performance. Looking for somewhere to stay and connect with some wonderful people!
