ABOUT ME

Hmm... well, for starters I am a homo sapien sapien :)
I was born in Ex-Yugoslavia, spent parts of my childhood in Kenya and Malta and then I moved to Switzerland as a teenager, studied photography in France...

Moved back to Belgrade last November to see what it's like to live there for a few months. I loved the energy of the city, met my boyfriend and I stayed.

All this moving around has awoken a great desire in me to see the world.

PHILOSOPHY

To quote Woody Allen
"There's an old joke. Uh, two elderly women are at a Catskills mountain resort, and one of 'em says: "Boy, the food at this place is really terrible." The other one says, "Yeah, I know, and such ... small portions." Well, that's essentially how I feel about life."

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a great experience Couchsurfing in Copenhagen-and had the surfer on my couch in Belgrade a couple of years ago. I haven't had a chance to do much surfing since then but look forward to my next adventure.

兴趣

I love to travel and discover new places, new people and cultures. I have a thirst for knowledge. I love music (recently started collecting vinyls), books, film, psychology, photography (I studied both photography and film directing), art in general, nature, cycling, swimming, theatre, cooking, museums, going to concerts...

Since coming to Belgrade I've taken a great interest in animal welfare and behaviour. I've rescued several animals from the street and found them good homes - I currently have one of them with me at home. I'm thinking of starting an organisation or shelter of some kind in the near future.
