Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Getting to a place, a home purely as it is for nothing than the best, the people sharing it. Having conversations, funny ones, thoughtful ones. Living it easy or intense. Sharing the moments, the city and everything in between.
To cut it short basically traveling for free experiences.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It was in Greece. A big Greek family as a community celebrating the saint Jakob. We were climbing up the mountain to reach a beautiful little chapel at the summit were the religious ceremony should take place. The Greeks firing with guns in the night sky drinking wine, sharing honey and holy bread. We were sitting around a huge camp fire, singing traditional Greek songs. Struggling through the dark of the night, we tried to find a place to sleep under the star filled sky. Finally we woke up directly in front of the cliff. Still shaking because of the experience, we climbed down like billy goats through the mountains of Greece.
