Hello, I'm Jelle, 31 years old and born and raised in the beautiful eastern part of Holland. I'm mad about music and events and entertainment. I live together with my girlfriend Nienke and our cats Gerrit and Dries. After travels through Thailand, Malaysia, Turkey, Australia, Vietnam and a great part of Europe, I'm very willing to welcome people to stay at my place, in Lichtenvoorde, The Netherlands.

To meet other travellers. While traveling myself, I found out that it's great to hang out with locals in their hometown or region, as you get to know the surroundings in a totally different way then the normal 'tourist' way.

Music: my own Creedence Clearwater Revival tribute band and Nivana/Foo Fighters tribute band but also other classic and alternative rock music, as well as a lot other music. I love movies which are based on true stories and love to read (musical) biographies.

Algo increíble que he hecho

Traveling Australia on my own for 7 months, living in and out of a 1985 Toyota Hilux Campervan named 'Lucy', best period ever in which I learned a lot about people, the world and especially myself.

I can teach, learn and share a lot about my place of birth and surroundings. Just ask! Next to that I love to teach some Dutch words and sayings, both the useful ones and the funny ones. Swearing in Dutch is a great relief ;)
