About Me

Life is precious!

Quite my big corp. job Dec. 2015 to allow myself to explore "Living!" even further.

Completed my Music Business Certificate.
Still dawdling, but may apply my 20+ years of Interpersonal and Mass Communications to my great passion of music.

See more about me being a Music Buff here:

In an Improvisation class,Travelling and More Live Music Please!
And indeed, Volunteering with worthy causes.
A Nitrox certified scuba diver, but will only dive warm waters ;)

American by birth.
Moved to Holland in 2001 on a whim, for adventure!

90% Introvert but in the right setting can be quite the class clown.
- 8 years working at a Psychiatric hospital while I put myself through school.
- 4 years hosting a radio show (while working and going to school)
- 2 years as Facility Manager of a Public Access TV & Radio (2 tv channels and 2 radio channels, and I loved driving and setting up the 4 camera field production van all by myself )
- 14 years as a Big Corp. Global Comms. Advisor

I can be rather anal wrt organisation and planning, but always toward something creative and meaningful, e.g. a tv or radio production, a really cool event!...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My house is currently a construction zone. But I am interested in both surfing and hosting. I've travelled off and on for 25 years and love (push myself) to be open to new experiences, having been rewarded 99% of the time.
