I have always had a longing for adventure, culture, new experiences and knowledge.

My travel began in South East Asia in January 2017. Fresh off the plane in Vietnam I was vibrating with energy. I used that energy over the following 4 months to soak up everything Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, and Malasia had to offer. It was life changing and reaffirmed my desire for a life of alternative travel.

I popped to China to top up my funds, working as a teacher. Showing the kids how to create Art, cookery and music.

I lived with a Fijian family, helping with the daily routine, looking after the children, helping to cook and clean. Living on an island in Fiji had a lot to do with my love for plant based medicine.

After travelling around the world I found some of my answers. I discovered my one of my many passions, cooking healthy food to bring joy to others. I came home to start my chef training to follow the path of a wholefoods chef.

October 2020, I cycled my bike from the Uk to Ibiza, I foraged my way around Ibiza, hosting and cooking in retreat for beautiful souls.

I came home in july 2021 to meet my new niece. I found my voice and people to share it with, we sang for the people at festivals, creating a life long dream for me.

Now once again, Im on the road to discover more about plant based food, medicine and healing in this crazy beautiful world.

My next journey is Latin America, in Mehecooo, where I start my vison quest towards to jungle. Seeking music, indigenous tribe and nature.

After an amazing 4 months in Central America,
Living in a dance temple, on Lake Atitlan, being the chef for 15 men in an old coffee factory, that was turned into a community in the jungle, we picked our avocados, mangos, even the limes - mushrooms also were being grown. Everyday was an adventure with food and avocados.

I’m July I found my self flying back to the uk - to meet my nephew, cook at retreats and sing around the fire at festivals with my soul tribe - to start my new album and dive into song writing again - my next adventures take me back to Australia, and to New Zealand where I have never been. Who knows maybe I’ll get back to the island of Fiji.

Lived on an island for 3 months in the south Pacific. With only 4 people on the land, Growing and harvesting my own food. - We had to kayak 1 hour for fruits from my friends land.
